I recently purchased a painting from Pomelo art and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the artwork itself was impressive and the packaging was well done. However, I encountered some issues with the delivery. It took longer than expected and there was a delay in updating the tracking information. That being said, their customer support team was helpful in resolving the issue. I hope they can improve their shipping process in the future.
