I recently used ALT Ukraine's services for my project, and it was an average experience. While they did deliver the project on time, I found their communication to be lacking at times. There were instances when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, which was quite frustrating. However, they did meet the requirements, so it was satisfactory.
