I've always been a fan of gluten free products, and The Gluten Free Baking Company has quickly become one of my favorites. Their bread and pastries are so delicious that you can hardly tell they're gluten free. The texture is perfect, and the flavors are amazing. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
