I recently had an average experience with a design software company. Their website, hotdoor.com, offered a variety of products for graphic designers. While their software had some useful features, I found it to be a bit lacking in terms of user-friendliness and support. The website navigation was a bit confusing, making it difficult to find specific information and tutorials. Additionally, their customer support was slow to respond and didn't provide satisfactory solutions to my inquiries. On the positive side, their software did offer a decent range of tools for design projects. However, I would suggest improvements in terms of user experience and customer support to enhance the overall satisfaction of their customers.
