I recently booked a holiday package with Sal holidays and it was an average experience. The customer service was decent, but the overall package felt lacking. The itinerary was okay, but it could have included more unique experiences. The accommodations were comfortable, but not outstanding. The trip was satisfactory, but I feel there is room for improvement. I hope Sal holidays takes note of these suggestions and enhances their offerings.
