I recently had a mixed experience with this company. 🤔 While their customer service was friendly and helpful, the delivery of my order was delayed and there was a lack of communication about the status. The product itself was of good quality, but the overall experience was a bit underwhelming. I appreciated the effort of the customer service team to address my concerns, but I was disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the delivery. I’d say it was an average experience overall. Hopefully, the company can work on improving their communication and delivery process for a more consistent customer experience.
