I recently used the services of a company called Bad idea organisation c.i.c and I was very disappointed. The website, badidea.org.uk, was not user-friendly and I found it difficult to find the information I needed. The customer service was also lacking, with slow response times and unhelpful staff. I would not recommend this company to others.
