I recently utilized the services of this company to assist with some IT solutions, and my experience was fairly average. While they seemed knowledgeable and were able to solve my issues, the overall customer service was just okay. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the range of services offered. However, I felt that the communication could have been more proactive, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. The pricing was reasonable, but I didn't feel like I received exceptional value for the cost. In the end, the company delivered on their promises, but there was room for improvement in terms of service and communication.
