I recently signed up for insurance with this company and I must say, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information for me to make an informed decision. However, I found the customer service to be lackluster. When I reached out with questions, it took longer than expected to receive a response, and when I did, the answers were not as thorough as I had hoped. Additionally, the pricing was neither outstanding nor unreasonable. It fell within the average range compared to other insurance providers. On the positive side, the claims process was relatively smooth, and I received timely updates throughout. Overall, my experience with this company was satisfactory, but I think there is room for improvement in the customer service department.
