I have been practicing yoga for years, and I have experienced many different studios and instructors. Omflow is definitely one of the best yoga studios I have been to. The instructors are highly skilled and attentive, and they create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. The classes are challenging yet accessible, and the studio offers a wide variety of classes to choose from. I always leave Omflow feeling rejuvenated and centered. Highly recommended!
