I recently had the opportunity to work with Insight Softmax Consulting, LLC and overall, I had an average experience. The website, insightsoftmax.com, provided some helpful information about their services and expertise. Communication with the team was satisfactory, as they were responsive and accommodating. However, I found the level of innovation and creativity in their solutions to be lacking. While they delivered on their promises, the solutions provided felt somewhat generic and lacked uniqueness. Additionally, I expected more in terms of value for the cost. The pricing seemed a bit high for the services rendered. On the positive side, the team was professional and knowledgeable, and they did manage to meet the project deadlines. Overall, I would rate my experience with Insight Softmax Consulting, LLC as average, with room for improvement in terms of creativity and cost-effectiveness.
