The service at Volkswagen Lebon is average. I had my car serviced there last week and while they did an okay job, I felt that they could have done a better job of communicating with me and keeping me updated on the progress of the service. The staff were polite and professional, but they lacked that extra level of customer service that would have made me feel truly satisfied.
