The experience with Fibrogen, inc. has been average overall. The company's website fibrogen.com is easy to navigate and provides a good amount of information about their products and services. However, I found their customer support to be lacking in responsiveness. There were times when I had to wait for days to get a reply to my queries. This definitely needs improvement. Apart from that, the quality of their products is good and they deliver on time.
