I recently used the services of this financial planning firm, and I found the experience to be somewhat average. The website was informative, but there was a lack of personalized attention and the communication could have been more prompt and clear. While the company seems to have a good reputation, I didn't feel that the level of service I received matched up to the expectations set by their website. The team was knowledgeable, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to address my individual needs. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of client engagement and service delivery.
