👍🏼 I recently used a self-storage facility and decided to give Freeport Self Storage a try. Overall, my experience was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. I appreciated the online reservations option which saved me time during the booking process. The location was convenient and easily accessible. However, I was slightly disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. There were a few cobwebs and some dust in my storage unit. Additionally, the customer service was satisfactory but nothing exceptional. The staff was polite but not overly friendly or helpful. Despite these small setbacks, the price was reasonable and met my expectations. If you're looking for an average self-storage option without any frills, Freeport Self Storage would be an okay choice. 👌🏼
