I recently availed the web and graphic design services from this company. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate, and they provided a wide range of design options to choose from. However, I found their pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to similar companies in the market. The quality of the designs was decent, but not exceptional. The turnaround time was also not very impressive, as it took longer than expected to receive the final designs. The customer service was satisfactory, as they were attentive to my queries and addressed them promptly. While I appreciate their efforts in delivering the requested designs, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and timeliness of delivery.
