The experience with the company was just okay. The website was easy to navigate and had some good product options, but the shipping took longer than expected. Customer service was responsive, but the communication could have been better. The quality of the product was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience. If the company can work on improving their shipping times and product quality, it could definitely enhance the overall customer experience.
