I recently purchased a high-speed door from Precision and overall, I was satisfied with the product. The installation process was smooth and the door is functioning properly. However, I did experience a few minor issues with the door sensors, which required some adjustments. The customer service was responsive and helped me resolve these issues. Although the door is a bit noisy during operation, it is efficient and meets my requirements. I would recommend Precision high-speed doors for their quality products and good customer service.
