Resurse psy is alright. The therapists are not bad, but they didn't exceed my expectations either. They provide the basic support required but don't go above and beyond. The sessions were fine, but I feel like I didn't receive any groundbreaking insights. If you are looking for an average therapy experience, Resurse psy might be the right fit for you.
