I recently utilized the services of Metric Design and overall, my experience can be described as average. The company website, metric-design.com, was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service was satisfactory, with prompt responses to my inquiries. However, the communication could have been more proactive and personalized. The project was completed on time, but the final result did not exceed my expectations. While the quality of work was decent, it lacked the wow factor that I was hoping for. In conclusion, Metric Design is an average option for design services, with room for improvement in terms of creativity and customer experience.
