I had a mixed experience with the Department of Premier and Cabinet (VIC). While the services provided were satisfactory, some areas require improvement. The staff members were generally helpful, but there were instances of slow response time. The website, dpc.vic.gov.au, could also be more user-friendly. Overall, I appreciate their efforts but believe there is room for enhancement.
