CUSTOMER had a mixed experience with the UCLA Office of Residential Life. While the staff was helpful and friendly, there were some issues with the facilities. The room was clean and spacious, but there were some maintenance problems that took longer to get resolved. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
