The childcare services provided by the Early Care and Learning Council, NY State have been satisfactory. The staff is knowledgeable and well-trained, and the facilities are in good condition. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication with parents and providing more engaging activities for the children. Overall, it's an acceptable experience.
