I can't say enough good things about Kennedy Fitness! The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, the classes are challenging and fun, and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. I especially love the variety of classes they offer, from yoga to kickboxing. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I always feel welcomed when I walk through the doors. Kennedy Fitness has become my second home, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym experience.
