I have been a member of Nrg Health & Fitness Galway for the past year and I couldn't be happier. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they always greet you with a smile. The gym itself is well-equipped and maintained, with a wide range of machines and free weights. The classes are varied and enjoyable, and there's something for everyone no matter their fitness level. I've achieved great results and made friends along the way. Nrg Health & Fitness Galway is definitely the best gym in town!
