I recently used a pool service company for maintenance and cleaning. Unfortunately, I was met with some challenges. The communication with their staff was a bit inconsistent, and there were a few occasions where appointments were not kept. Although the actual pool maintenance was satisfactory, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. I appreciate the effort from the technicians, and they did a decent job with the services provided. However, I expect better customer service and reliability when it comes to appointment schedules. I hope they can improve their communication and scheduling processes in the future.
