I recently had the opportunity to use a drone service for my aerial photography needs and stumbled upon Aerial Optics. Although my experience was just average, I found their website to be well-organized and easy to navigate. It provided detailed information about their services, pricing, and the equipment they use. The booking process was hassle-free, and their customer support was responsive to my inquiries. When it came to the actual drone footage, it was decent quality, but lacked that "wow" factor I was hoping for. The shots were stable, but there were a few instances of shaky footage which affected the overall professionalism. Additionally, the turnaround time for receiving my footage was a bit longer than expected. In conclusion, Aerial Optics is a decent company with room for improvement.
