I recently started taking classes at Delta Pilates and I'm absolutely loving it! The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they push you to reach your full potential. The classes are challenging but also fun and engaging. The studio is clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Delta Pilates to anyone looking for a great workout!
