I've had mixed experiences with Just5. Some of their products are good, while others are not up to par. The customer service is hit or miss, depending on who you get in touch with. However, when they get it right, they provide great assistance. The prices are fair, but I wish they had more options in terms of product variety. Considering all aspects, I would say Just5 is average.
