I have been a customer of Bbom for several years now, and I must say that overall, my experience has been average. The customer service is decent, and the website is easy to navigate. However, there have been a few instances where I encountered some issues with billing. The rate at which these issues were resolved was less than ideal. I appreciate the effort put into providing a good service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
