I have been training at Carley Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy for over a year now, and it has been an amazing journey. The instructors are top-notch and really take the time to teach the techniques properly. The training sessions are tough but rewarding. The support from the other members of the academy is fantastic. It's like a family here. I would highly recommend Carley Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy to anyone looking to learn self-defense and improve their fitness level.
