I recently joined a fitness program at vidhasfitness.com and have mixed feelings about it. While the trainers are good, I felt that the workout routines were not challenging enough for me. I expected more varied exercises to keep me engaged and motivated. Additionally, the equipment could be upgraded to provide a better workout experience. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
