I recently visited a prosthetics company in Southern California and had an average experience. The website, scprosthetics.com, provided helpful information and was easy to navigate. The staff was polite and answered my questions adequately, but I felt like they lacked enthusiasm and personal touch. The facility was clean and organized, but it had a clinical feel to it which made me slightly uncomfortable. The prosthetic devices they offered were of good quality, but I wished they had a wider range of options to choose from. The prices were reasonable, but not highly competitive compared to other similar companies. Overall, my visit to this company was average. They provided the services I needed but didn't exceed my expectations.
