I had an average experience with the Piccolo group. The service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall atmosphere was lacking. I expected more from a company of their reputation. The food was decent, but not outstanding. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it definitely wasn't great.
