I had an average experience with Diamond Properties - Grand Cayman. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall service was just okay. I expected more from a company with such a good reputation. The property we stayed at was clean and well-maintained, but there were a few issues that could have been addressed better. Overall, it was an average experience.
