I recently had my car serviced at Richard's auto shop and overall, it was a decent experience 👍🏼. The staff was friendly and professional, and they did a good job fixing the issue with my vehicle. They were knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. The shop itself was tidy and well organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my visit. However, the service did take a bit longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the prices were a tad higher compared to other shops in the area 💸. While I appreciate the quality of work done, it would be great if the company could work on these areas to provide an even better customer experience. Nonetheless, I would still consider returning to this shop for future auto repairs.
