I recently purchased a pedal from this company's website and I must say, I had an average experience overall. The website was fairly easy to navigate and had a good range of products to choose from. However, there were a few issues that left me feeling unsatisfied. Firstly, the shipping took longer than expected and there was a lack of communication regarding the delay. Secondly, the pedal I received had some cosmetic damage which was disappointing considering the price I paid. On the positive side, the quality of the pedal itself was decent and it did produce the desired effects. Overall, I feel like there are areas of improvement for this company, especially in terms of shipping efficiency and product inspection before shipping. I would rate my experience as average.
