The services provided by Prospects Ukraine were average. The staff was knowledgeable, but I felt like they lacked enthusiasm. The website studyinukraine.gov.ua was easy to navigate, but it could have provided more detailed information about the programs. Overall, I received the assistance I needed for studying in Ukraine, but I expected a better experience given the positive reviews I read. They still get the job done, but I believe they can improve.
