As a customer of Airtel Uganda, I have mixed feelings about their services. The network coverage is great in urban areas, but rural areas suffer from poor signal strength. The internet speed is inconsistent, sometimes fast and sometimes slow. Customer service needs improvement as response times are often delayed. Overall, an average experience.
