I rely on Tri-Rail for my daily commute, and I am generally pleased with their service. The trains are reliable, and the staff is helpful. However, there have been a few instances where the trains were delayed without any proper communication. It would be great if the company improves their communication during such situations. Other than that, I have no major complaints.
