I recently purchased a car through the company's website and the process was fairly smooth. However, the communication after the purchase could have been better. The website was easy to navigate, and the vehicle selection was decent. The purchasing process was straightforward, and the staff was friendly. However, there were delays in getting updates on the status of my purchase, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the experience was average.
