I recently had an average experience with the facility. The staff was generally friendly and attentive, but I did notice some inconsistencies in the level of care provided. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. However, there were times when I felt that communication could have been more efficient, particularly between the staff and the residents. The therapy services offered were satisfactory, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of individualized care and attention. Overall, it's an average facility that could benefit from some enhancements in various areas to elevate the overall experience for residents and their families.
