I recently purchased a new kitchen appliance from this company's website and overall, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products to choose from. The ordering process was straightforward and I received the item within the estimated delivery time. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about the product, it took a while to get a response and the answers given were not very helpful. I also had an issue with the packaging of the product as it arrived slightly damaged. Thankfully, the item itself was intact. Despite these minor setbacks, I would consider purchasing from this company again due to their competitive pricing and wide range of appliances available.
