I recently started practicing yoga and stumbled upon this amazing yoga center. It has quickly become my favorite place to practice. The teachers are so supportive and create an encouraging environment. I love how they focus on proper alignment and provide modifications for different levels. The class schedules are flexible, making it easy to find a time that fits my busy schedule. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and has a calming ambiance. I feel so refreshed and energized after each class. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start or continue their yoga journey!
