I had a mixed experience at a famous hotel chain in Paris. While the location was great and the room was clean, I found the staff to be rather unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, with limited options. The overall ambiance of the hotel was also lacking. I expected more from such a renowned hotel chain.
