I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of Keystone Certification for my business needs. The website, keystonect.com, provided all the necessary information in a clear and organized manner. However, the overall experience was somewhat mediocre. While the certification process itself was adequate, the customer service was lacking. The response time to queries and concerns was slower than expected, which caused delays in our certification process. Additionally, the pricing was on the higher side compared to other certification companies. Although the quality of the certification itself was satisfactory, the average customer service and pricing led to an overall average experience. I would recommend Keystone Certification if you prioritize the end result over the overall customer experience and cost-effectiveness.
