I recently used Interocean's services for transporting my goods overseas. The process was decent, but I did encounter some delays and miscommunication along the way. The website was informative, but I wish there was more transparency about the actual shipping timeline. The customer service was polite, but I felt like they could have been more proactive in keeping me updated. Overall, the experience was average, and I think there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication.
