We had a mixed experience with Pan Lanka Travels. While some aspects of the tour were great, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The itinerary was well-planned and we visited some amazing places. However, the tour guide seemed disinterested and didn't provide much information. The accommodations were comfortable, but the food options were limited. Overall, it was an average experience.
