I recently had the opportunity to visit the Triangle Center for Evolutionary Medicine, and I must say that my experience was average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing a good overview of the services they offer. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed a bit disinterested and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome or address my concerns fully. While the facility was clean and well-maintained, the waiting time was quite long, which was a bit frustrating. The main highlight was the expertise of the doctors, who were knowledgeable and professional. Overall, my visit to the center was satisfactory, but I feel that improvements in customer service and reducing waiting times would enhance the overall experience.
