I recently used a construction estimating service from a company I found online. The website looked professional and promised accurate and timely estimates for my project. I was in need of a reliable and efficient service, and I thought this company could deliver. However, I found the overall experience to be just average. The estimates provided were not as accurate as I had hoped, and there were delays in receiving them. The customer service was decent, but could have been more responsive to my inquiries. Although the website was user-friendly, I expected more from this company. While they did complete the job, it was not up to the level of excellence I was anticipating. I would rate my experience with them as just average.
